Environmental Solutions, Inc. (MSES) is a turnkey, full-service
safety, health and environmental management firm with a proven

districts efficient, cost-effective solutions to their environmental
compliance needs without the need to subcontract.
MSES is a Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) and has been
certified by the State of California Office Department of
General Services, Procurement Division, certificate
#0020104. We have participated in contracts that required
100% performance and payment bonds due to the high risk factor
and the aggressive time line established for the
completion of the projects.
Founded in 1992, MSES incorporated in California in September
1997, and has been providing services for over eleven consecutive
years. The firm's focus is in providing
specialized industrial hygiene, environmental consulting and
hazardous waste management services to public school districts
and community colleges.
Our services include meeting the compliance requirements prescribed
by California Environmental Protection Agency ("Cal-EPA"),
22 CCR, United States Department of
Transportation ("USDOT"), 49 CFR, California Occupational
Safety and Hazard Administration ("Cal-OSHA") 8
CCR, Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act (SARA),
Title
III Community Right to Know requirements, Hazardous Materials
Business Plans, Clean Air Act/Clean Water Act requirements,
National Oil Contingency Plans (40 CFR 112 Storm water and
Pollution Prevention Plans), and Certified Unified Program
Agency (CUPA) rules and regulations relating to hazardous
materials management, surveys of chemical
inventories, release response planning, facility health and
safety inspections, staff training and environmental compliance
monitoring.
