11 years, the MSES team has demonstrated experience in conducting
chemical inventories and report preparation at school districts
in California, meeting and exceeding OSHA regulatory training
requirements in chemical hygiene practices, procedures, and
techniques as well as in chemical identification and hazard
awareness.
MSES has focused its expertise to help California school
districts comply with the Science Safety Handbook for
California High Schools, 1987 Edition, the Science
Safety Handbook for California Public Schools, 1999 Edition,
and Cal-OSHA Laboratory Standard issued in the California
Code of Regulations, Title 8.

full-scale environmental compliance in accordance with Cal-EPA,
