Compliance Solutions

At MSES, our primary focus is to help you address issues affecting the safety of your school district’s employees and students – without compromise.

Under the direct management of a Master Level Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM) and a Registered Environmental Manager (REM), our highly qualified professionals leverage their expert skills to serve as field chemists, environmental scientists, environmental engineers and industrial hygienists.

To assure that we meet all relevant criteria and guidelines with consistency and accuracy, MSES field personnel receive specialized training in the Science Safety Handbook for California Public Schools, 1999 Edition, and the State Controller's Office's removal of chemicals program to maintain thorough knowledge of regulations and required processes.
In addition, our staff has completed OSHA safety and health training for hazardous waste operations, are familiar with school science laboratory settings, can easily interact with a school's science staff, and have fingerprint clearance through the Department of Justice to comply with the requirements set forth in the Michelle Montoya School Safety Act.

Our company provides sound and cost effective solutions to your problems based on our environmental health and safety technical expertise, our understanding of the regulatory requirements imposed on public school districts, and our positive relationships developed with local regulatory agencies. We have a well-established track record of assisting school districts with regulation compliance that directly impacts their schools, such as the development of chemical hygiene plans for Cal-OSHA review. MSES personnel perform these services internally without the assistance of subcontractors.
