MSES professionals are AHERA and NESHAP trained in the following areas: (1) performing building inspections, (2) preparing abatement specifications including architectural drawings, (3) supervising abatement projects, and (4) preparing close out documentation consistent with the District’s AHERA and NESHAP program. MSES personnel have achieved accreditation in each of these areas by attending EPA approved courses and passing written examinations. MSES provides Table 1 on below contract elements and the type of personnel required for modernization projects.
