ongoing chemical inventory operations and maintenance is to
be conducted every year as required under the removal
of chemicals program administered by the State Controller's
Office.
To comply with this requirement, CCS produces the following
reports:
These functional reporting modules are viewable via the password
protected Client area at the MSES Web site. Configured for
the World Wide Web, end users have access to all inventories
within their own school district.
School personnel can search other school inventories for
a desired item prior to making a purchase requisition. Moreover,
reagents with an assigned shelf life can be monitored with
very little effort. Each end user is provided with a password
to ensure data integrity and security.
