The MSES mission
is to:
- Deliver environmental consulting services to California
School Districts with the most cost effective, sound regulatory,
and effective technical compliance solutions.
- Assist and guide School District efforts to maintain environmental
and health and safety compliance programs as specified by
the California Department of Education and by state, federal
environmental compliance regulations.
We deliver environmental consulting services based on the
following principles:
- We understand the unique fiscal and environmental regulatory
requirements facing California Public Schools and the impact
that these requirements have on the District's primary mission
to educate California's children in a safe and healthy environment.
- Our technical and administrative personnel provide School
Districts with personalized and highly professional environmental
consulting services based on professional competency, years
of experience in their areas of expertise, and professional
certification.
- We treat each School District client with respect, honesty,
and integrity while providing competent environmental consulting
services with value added benefits.
- Our management philosophy is geared to encourage responsiveness
and responsibility in our field activities and deliverable
