The MSES mission is to:

Deliver environmental consulting services to California School Districts with the most cost effective, sound regulatory, and effective technical compliance solutions.
Assist and guide School District efforts to maintain environmental and health and safety compliance programs as specified by the California Department of Education and by state, federal environmental compliance regulations.
