| MS Environmental Solutions, Inc. met our project completion time frame request for conducting the science laboratories safety & health inspections chemical reagents survey, and the removal of expired shelf life chemical reagents accumulated at twenty-one (21) school science laboratories Del Norte and Humboldt Counties... The regulatory assessment to determine compliance with the Hazard Communication (HazCom) Program, the Hazardous Materials Business Plan (HMBP) regulations, and hazardous materials/waste storage practices conducted at one hundred and sixteen school district's owned facilities, were performed on scheduled despite the vast geographic area that was involved...
